In Azerbaijan, rainy weather will continue until May 7

In Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula, rain is expected during the night of May 5-6 and in the morning, with short-term downpours and thunderstorms in some parts of the peninsula.

As reported by the National Hydrometeorological Service, unstable, rainy weather conditions in the regions of Azerbaijan will continue intermittently until the second half of the day on May 7, thunderstorms are possible, downpours are expected in some places, and in high mountainous areas - hail and wet snow.

Due to precipitation, an increase in water levels in rivers is also expected, and short-term floods and mudflows are possible in some mountain rivers.
