Court arrested Shahnaz Beilargizi
The Khatai District Court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of arrest for Shahnaz Beylergyzy, who was detained in the Toplum TV case.
As Report informs, she has been arrested for a period of 3 months and 15 days.
Recall that Shahnaz Beylergyzy was detained yesterday on smuggling charges.
Last year, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan conducted an operation at the office of Toplum TV internet television.
Akif Gurbanov, Alesker Mammadli, and several other people were detained. A criminal case has been initiated against them under Article 206.3.2 (smuggling committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy) of the Criminal Code.
