BakuBus responded to complaints from passengers of route №46

Passengers expressed dissatisfaction with the intervals of buses operating on route No. 46.

The corresponding complaint was received on the "hotline" of BAKU.WS.

It is reported that buses on route No. 46, which depart from near the "28 May" metro station, remain idle at this location for a long time. Drivers refuse to start moving until the cabin is filled with passengers.

We contacted BakuBus LLC regarding this issue. The organization's press service, in response to BAKU.WS's inquiry, reported that the movement interval for regular route No. 46, operated by BakuBus LLC, is 7-8 minutes. According to the route passport, 20 buses operate on the line:

"Nevertheless, according to the monitoring center's observations for the specified date, especially during peak hours, the interval varied from 7 to 15 minutes."

The organization also asks passengers to be understanding and patient with these changes that occur during peak hours.

"If the waiting time exceeds 20-25 minutes, please report this on the official BakuBus social media pages," the message emphasizes.
