Taylor Swift gave one of the best pieces of life advice you've ever heard

"Life becomes easier when you learn to accept apologies you never received" - one of the best pieces of advice on how to live healthier and happier. Its author is 87-year-old writer Robert Brault. However, there are words that can strike much harder and they belong to Taylor Swift, writes Inc.
It was said when Taylor, during a two-hour podcast, talked about what it means to be a celebrity, how she copes, and why she tries never to check what people write about her on social media or look at her direct messages.
The short wisdom she shared: "You have to think about your energy as if it's expensive, as if it's a luxury item. Not everyone can afford it."
What unites these two pieces of advice
They're about mindset and control. About how you decide what your environment will be and how it will affect you - instead of being a product of that environment. It's about acting actively, not reactively.
"Were you hurt? Were you treated unfairly? Do you think you deserve an apology? Skip the middleman, so to speak. Don't give the other person power. Act as if they've already apologized. Or: are others trying to drag you into their disputes and drama? Ignore it," the article states.
