Leonardo DiCaprio will open a hotel in Israel

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio expands business to building a hotel in Israel. This is reported by Jerusalem Post.

Leonardo DiCaprio together with Hagag Group is preparing to build a hotel in Herzliya Marina. In this project, the actor will own 10% of shares, while the rest belongs to Hagag Group and brothers Ahikam and Lior Cohen. In April 2024, the plan was approved, and now it has been finally confirmed. The hotel's area has increased from 10 thousand square meters to 51 thousand after final approval, which will allow for the construction of a 14-story hotel with 365 rooms and underground parking.
