Lopez called the breakup "one of the best moments" of her life. According to her, the separation became a turning point that changed her and helped her develop as a person.

At the same time, the artist admitted that she was going through a difficult period while working on the film "The Kiss of the Spider Woman," where Ben Affleck served as executive producer.

"It really was a difficult time. On set I felt joy, but at home everything looked different. I asked myself: 'How can I continue to work under these conditions?'" - the star said.

At the end of March, Ben Affleck commented for the first time on the reasons for the divorce in an interview with GQ magazine. He denied rumors that Jennifer Lopez's documentary "The Greatest Love Story Never Told," dedicated to their relationship, was the cause of the breakup.

The actor noted that he and the singer had disagreements about how public their life should be, but for the sake of supporting his wife, he agreed to participate in the filming.
