Brad Pitt bought a mansion from The Killers guitarist for $12 million

American actor Brad Pitt purchased a $12 million mansion in Los Angeles from guitarist and one of the founders of the rock band The Killers, Dave Keuning. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal, citing sources.
The mansion is located in the prestigious Outpost Estates area of the city, where many Hollywood stars have homes. The total area of the property acquired by Pitt is approximately 779 sq. m. The mansion has six bedrooms, and the windows offer ocean views. The property includes a swimming pool, vegetable garden, and a barbecue area.
Dave Keuning and his wife, designer Emily, purchased the mansion in 2021 for $9.6 million. The couple put the house up for sale in June 2025 for $14 million.
