As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the Ministry of Defense.
The congratulatory message states:
"Gentlemen officers, comrade warrant officers, midshipmen, cadets, sergeants, soldiers, sailors, civil servants and civilian employees!
I sincerely congratulate you on June 26 - Armed Forces Day and wish each of you success in the sacred and honorable service in the name of strengthening the defense capability of the Republic of Azerbaijan."
