Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the high level of humanitarian ties between the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS, at a meeting with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Dushanbe, the head of the Russian state said: "Thanks to your attention to this topic, our humanitarian ties have always been at a high level."

He emphasized that Moscow, for its part, will do everything to ensure that this dynamic is maintained.
