The President of Azerbaijan awarded the rank of "general" to four colonels

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AR) Ilham Aliyev signed an order on conferring higher military ranks to servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of AR.

Guided by paragraph 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

To confer higher military ranks to the following servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

the higher military rank of "Lieutenant General"

to Major General Kanan Alihusein oglu Seyidov

to Major General Agamir Azizhan oglu Sultanov

the higher military rank of "Major General"

to Colonel Zaur Gazanfar oglu Yusifli

to Colonel Umudvar Azizaly oglu Guliyev

to Colonel Anar Tofig oglu Huseynov

to Colonel Etibar Ismail oglu Maharramov

the higher military rank of "Rear Admiral"

to Captain 1st Rank Shahin Oruj oglu Mammadov.
