The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan published the text of the initialed peace agreement with Armenia on establishing peace and interstate relations between the republics.
Two versions of the agreement text are published on the website of the foreign policy department: in Azerbaijani (unofficial translation) and English.
As follows from the document, it consists of 17 points:

The Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia, understanding the need for urgent establishment of a just, comprehensive and lasting peace in the region, guided by the UN Charter, the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States in accordance with the UN Charter (1970), the Helsinki Final Act of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (1975) and pursuing the goal of developing relations based on the Almaty Declaration of December 21, 1991, as well as the norms and principles reflected therein, have agreed on the following:
Point 1
Confirming that the borders between the Soviet Socialist Republics of the former USSR have become international borders of the respective independent states and are recognized as such by the international community, the Parties recognize and respect the sovereignty, territorial integrity, inviolability of state borders and political independence of each other;
Point 2
In full compliance with point I, the Parties confirm that they have no territorial claims against each other and will not make such claims in the future.
The Parties will not take any actions, including planning, preparation, encouragement and support of such actions, aimed at dismembering or partially or completely violating the territorial integrity or political unity of the other Party;
Point 3
The Parties in their mutual relations refrain from the use of force or threat of its use against territorial integrity or political independence or in any other manner inconsistent with the Charter of the United Nations. They do not allow any third party to use their territory for the use of force against the other Party, inconsistent with the Charter of the United Nations;
Point 4
The Parties refrain from interfering in each other's internal affairs;
Point 5
Within _____ days after the exchange of instruments of ratification of this Agreement by both Parties, the two republics will establish diplomatic relations between themselves in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Conventions on Diplomatic and Consular Relations (1961 and 1963 respectively);
Point 6
The Parties, in full compliance with their obligations under Article I of this Agreement, will conduct in good faith negotiations between the respective border commissions in accordance with the agreed rules of procedure of the Commissions in order to conclude an Agreement on the delimitation and demarcation of the state border between the Parties;
Point 7
