The Milli Majlis sent congratulations to Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva on the occasion of Independence Restoration Day
The Milli Mejlis sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva on the occasion of October 18 - Independence Restoration Day.
As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Report, the Speaker Sahiba Gafarova made the proposal at today's plenary session of the parliament.
She noted that tomorrow is Independence Restoration Day in Azerbaijan:
"I propose to send a congratulatory letter on behalf of the Milli Mejlis to the head of state Ilham Aliyev and the First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva on this occasion."
The deputies greeted the speaker's proposal with applause.
