President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, speaking at the informal Summit of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Turkestan, thanked President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for his fruitful chairmanship of the OTS.
