Sahiba Gafarova has arrived on a visit to Bahrain

Chairman of the Milli Mejlis (parliament) of Azerbaijan Sahiba Gafarova arrived on a visit to Bahrain to participate in the opening ceremony of the 16th plenary session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA).

This was reported to BAKU.WS by the press and public relations department of the parliament.

At the Bahrain International Airport, the Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation was met by the Chairman of the Consultative Council (upper house of parliament) of Bahrain Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, First Deputy Chairman of the Council of Representatives (lower house) of Bahrain Abdulnabi Salman Ahmed, Second Deputy Chairman of the Council of Representatives Ahmed Abulwaheed Garata, chairmen of committees of the Council of Representatives Mahmoud Merza Farda, Ahmed Sabah Al-Sallum, Hasad Eid Buhammas, Mamduh Abbas Al-Saleh, Mohamed Musa Mohamed, deputy Zeinap Abdulamir Khalil and other officials.

During the visit, S. Gafarova will speak at the 16th session of the APA and will also hold a number of meetings.
