As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the award ceremony with President Ilham Aliyev.
"Today, it gives me special pleasure to present You, a true friend of our country, with the high award – the "Do'stlik" Order of the highest degree. This is a symbol of respect and recognition of Your tremendous contributions to strengthening Uzbek-Azerbaijani relations of eternal friendship, strategic partnership, and alliance," emphasized the President of Uzbekistan.
