President of Azerbaijan congratulated the King of Malaysia

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to the King of Malaysia Sultan Ibrahim.

As reported by AZERTAC, the message reads:

"Your Majesty,

I am pleased to cordially congratulate You on my behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, and through You the entire people of your country, on the occasion of the national holiday - the Independence Day of Malaysia.

The current level of partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Malaysia, based on established traditions of friendship and mutual respect, is gratifying.

I am confident that interstate relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between Azerbaijan and Malaysia, both on a bilateral basis and within the framework of international organizations, will continue to develop and expand successfully.

On this joyous day, I wish You good health, happiness, and success in Your highest state activities, and to the friendly people of Malaysia - lasting peace, well-being, and prosperity."
