President Ilham Aliyev allocated 5 million manats to the football club "Sabah"
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on providing financial support to the football club "Sabah".
As reported by BAKU.WS, the document states:
"Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:
1. In connection with the advancement to the main stage of the UEFA Champions League, 5.0 (five) million manats shall be allocated to the football club "Sabah" from the reserve fund of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan provided for in the 2026 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure financing in the amount specified in part 1 of this decree.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this decree."
