First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva arrived on an official visit to the Holy See - Vatican.

As reported by Azertaj, on October 16, as part of the visit, Mehriban Aliyeva, together with family members, participated in the opening ceremony of the restoration project of the Catacombs of Saint Commodilla, carried out with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, and familiarized herself with the completed restoration work.
