Keys to homes have been handed over to those who resettled in the city of Aghdam.

As reported by BAKU.WS, representatives of the Special Representation of the President of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts, as well as representatives of the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, took part in the ceremony.

In accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the process of the Great Return to the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation continues.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the citizens resettling in the city of Aghdam are families that were previously temporarily housed in various regions of the republic, mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings.

At this stage, 110 families (417 people) are returning to the city of Aghdam.

The residents who returned to their native land expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban khanum Aliyeva for the comprehensive state care.

They also thanked the valiant Azerbaijani Army, the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated our lands from occupation, and honored the blessed memory of the martyrs who gave their lives on this path.
