The Cabinet of Ministers approved the "Rules for the implementation of international flight operations of aircraft, training flights and flights related to aviation activities of a special nature".

As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov.

According to the decree, the Rules were developed in accordance with the law "On Aviation" and define the requirements for organizing international flight operations of aircraft, training flights and flights related to aviation activities of a special nature.

Issues not regulated by the Rules are carried out in accordance with the Convention "On International Civil Aviation" of December 7, 1944, and the international standards and recommended practices of the International Civil Aviation Organization, defined by Annex 2 to the Convention - "Rules of the Air" and Annex 6 - "Operation of Aircraft".

The concepts used in the Rules express the meanings defined by law and other regulatory legal acts.

Flights by aircraft that may pose a threat to human life and health or their property are not permitted.
