It is noted that after the liberation of Khudaferin, the next strategic goal of Azerbaijan's security forces was the Zangilan region.
"As a result of joint actions of the State Border Service and various types of troops of the Azerbaijani army, in particular special forces units, in just a few days, the strategic line of victory on the southern front was completed by the Zangilan operation," the program states.
