Without a doubt, the issue of regional security has always remained the number one issue for Azerbaijan.
As reported by AZERTAC, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the opening ceremony of the XIII Global Baku Forum.
Stating that the sovereignty and restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity are at the top of our agenda, the head of state noted: "We have been living in conditions of peace for only seven months. This once again demonstrates that achieving peace requires strong political will, determination, and commitment to peace and justice."
