Ilham Aliyev thanked Donald Trump

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev expressed gratitude to American leader Donald Trump, who posted the Azerbaijani leader's speech at the Shusha Global Forum on his Truth Social page.

As reported by BAKU.WS, Ilham Aliyev published a corresponding statement on his official page on the social network X.

"I want to express my gratitude to President Donald Trump for sharing my statements about the partnership between the US and Azerbaijan and commitment to a peaceful agenda both on a global and regional scale.

I want to emphasize once again that we support President Trump's vision and efforts to promote peace and stability throughout the world, including in our region. We share common values, such as the importance of family traditions, and hope that during his presidency, relations between Baku and Washington will reach a new level," wrote Ilham Aliyev.

The Azerbaijani leader also wished Donald Trump success on the path to his goals.
