Ilham Aliyev met with the acting head of Energy China company

On August 31, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with the acting president and chairman of China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited (Energy China) Ni Zhen in the Chinese city of Tianjin.

As reported by BAKU.WS, satisfaction was expressed at the meeting regarding the fruitful cooperation between our country, including SOCAR, and this company, covering projects in the field of alternative and renewable energy.

In this context, Energy China's cooperation in the field of green energy was emphasized, including in the construction of solar and offshore wind power plants in Azerbaijan.

Ni Zhen expressed interest in implementing new projects in our country, including wastewater treatment, processing and reuse, optimization of water resource management operations, as well as joint construction of photovoltaic panels in water basins.
