In Azerbaijan, we are actively developing the renewable energy sector, which has enormous potential.

As AZERTAC reports, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev, speaking at the Azerbaijan-Czech business forum.

Stating that our goal is to ensure the generation of 8 GW of solar, wind, and hydropower by 2032, and that this is embedded not only in our plans but also in already signed contracts, the head of state emphasized that a significant amount of accompanying work will need to be carried out.
