Ilham Aliyev congratulated the president of Cuba

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the message states:

"Dear Mr. President,

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I heartily congratulate you and, through you, all your people on the occasion of the national holiday - the Liberation Day of the Republic of Cuba.

I believe that the Azerbaijani-Cuban relations, built on good traditions in the interests of the two peoples, will continue to develop on the basis of friendship and cooperation, both bilaterally and multilaterally.

Taking this opportunity, I extend to you congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the New Year 2026, wishing you strong health, success in your activities, and to the friendly people of Cuba - constant well-being and prosperity".
