Ilham Aliyev: Azerbaijan today is becoming a partner far more significant than ever before

Azerbaijan plays an important role in ensuring the energy security of many countries. Ten of them are members of the European Union, 11 are simultaneously members of NATO. Therefore, for these countries, Azerbaijan is today becoming a partner much more significant than ever before.

As AZERTAC reports, President Ilham Aliyev said this at a meeting with a delegation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

"We comply with and respect all the commitments we have undertaken and have never mixed the political agenda with business, and this has also become a good opportunity for us to expand our international presence in the global energy market," the head of state noted.
