Ilham Aliyev approved the protocol on financial assistance to the Embassy of Palestine in Azerbaijan
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree approving the "Protocol between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine on providing financial assistance to the Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Republic of Azerbaijan".

The document approved the protocol signed on July 10, 2026, in Baku between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine, providing for financial assistance to the Embassy of Palestine in Azerbaijan.
After the protocol enters into force, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall take measures to implement its provisions.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been instructed to notify the government of the State of Palestine of the completion of the domestic procedures necessary for the document to enter into force.
