France against Trump and peace in the South Caucasus

Against the backdrop of a legally impeccable judicial process in Baku, conducted in full compliance with international norms and national legislation, France has taken an openly provocative step.

"The National Assembly, with the participation of only one-third of deputies and under the aegis of the pro-Armenian lobby, adopted a resolution with demands that ignore facts, evidence, and the very essence of justice. This démarche was not a random initiative by parliamentarians, but reflects the institutional bias of official Paris and the approval of the Élysée Palace.

By doing so, Macron is deliberately undermining the peace process in the South Caucasus, demonstrating political hypocrisy, and acting as a source of new tensions, contrary to the efforts of allies and the principles of international law," the report states.
