A delegation led by the Deputy Director for Partnership, Security, Cooperation and Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction of the United States European Command (EUCOM), Brigadier General Chris McKinney, together with employees of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Martyrs to honor the memory of those who gave their lives for the Homeland.
