Azerbaijan introduces visa-free regime for citizens of Singapore
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov held a telephone conversation with Singapore's Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral relations, as well as regional and international issues.
The importance of intensifying political dialogue, mutual visits, and expanding cooperation in the areas of economy, trade, investment, digital transformation, innovation, transport, and education was noted, as well as the steps taken towards developing the bilateral legal framework.
The importance of cooperation on multilateral platforms, including within the framework of the UN and other international organizations, was emphasized, and an exchange of views took place regarding candidacies for elected bodies of international organizations.
Bayramov informed about Azerbaijan's decision to introduce a visa-free regime for citizens of Singapore starting August 1, expressing confidence that this would contribute to the development of contacts, business, and tourism, as well as the deepening of bilateral relations.
An exchange of views on regional security took place. Bayramov informed about the post-conflict situation, efforts to ensure peace and stability, as well as reconstruction work in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
