Azerbaijan has become a full participant in the Consultative Meeting of Heads of Central Asian States.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this decision was made at the 7th Consultative Meeting of Heads of Central Asian States held in Tashkent.
"Having considered the request of the Azerbaijani side, to accept the Republic of Azerbaijan as a full participant of the Consultative Meeting of Heads of Central Asian States," the decision states.
The Meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Central Asian states was instructed to bring the regulatory documents into compliance.
The decision was signed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
