Azerbaijan and Ukraine discussed prospects for expanding economic cooperation
Azerbaijan and Ukraine discussed creating favorable conditions for launching new business initiatives.
As Report conveys, Ukraine's Ambassador to Azerbaijan Yurii Husev wrote about this on social media following a meeting with the head of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) Yusif Abdullayev.
According to him, the meeting covered prospects for expanding Ukrainian-Azerbaijani economic cooperation, enhancing investment interaction, and developing business contacts between representatives of the business communities of both countries.
"Special attention was given to issues of attracting Azerbaijani investments into the Ukrainian economy, implementing joint investment projects, as well as creating favorable conditions for launching new business initiatives," he noted.
Husev also noted that an important area is strengthening coordination between Ukrainian and Azerbaijani investors, particularly with the aim of more actively presenting the opportunities of the Ukrainian market and the prospects for Azerbaijani business participation in the recovery and development of Ukraine.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue their interaction and joint work on expanding the strategic partnership between Ukraine and Azerbaijan in the investment and trade-economic spheres.
"Ukraine highly values the support of Azerbaijan and is interested in further deepening economic partnership, attracting Azerbaijani business to the recovery of Ukraine, and implementing mutually beneficial investment projects," the ambassador emphasized.
