Azerbaijan and Armenia appealed to the participating states regarding the elimination of the Minsk Group

A draft decision of the OSCE Ministerial Council on the closure of the Minsk Group has been circulated among the OSCE participating States.
This is stated in the text of the initialed peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
"Following a joint appeal by the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia to the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office with a proposal to close the Minsk process and related structures (the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the discussion of the conflict at the Minsk Conference and the High-Level Planning Group), today a draft decision of the OSCE Ministerial Council on the closure of the Minsk Group was circulated among the OSCE participating States," the statement says.
The statement notes that countries are urged to support the necessary procedures for adopting this decision.
