Private investments are already being attracted to the process. Private entrepreneurs have invested 25–30 million in Shusha. Very favorable conditions for investment have been created in the liberated territories."

"Serious work is being carried out to attract entrepreneurs to the liberated territories. In the near future, the number of jobs in the liberated territories will increase, which is linked to private investments. Thousands of applications have already been received. Private investors are investing funds there without worrying about property issues. The state has already done sufficient work and created the necessary conditions; now companies must make their choice."
