Arthur Peter Mutharika congratulated Ilham Aliyev

President of the Republic of Malawi Arthur Peter Mutharika sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

As reported by AZERTAC, the message states:

"Your Excellency,
