SOCAR and TPAO strengthen cooperation in the field of human capital

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı (TPAO) have implemented another joint initiative to strengthen cooperation in the field of human capital.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to SOCAR, within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between SOCAR and TPAO, a two-day seminar was held dedicated to the experience and approaches applied by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan in the field of human capital management and development.

As part of the program, an excursion was organized to the Baku Higher Oil School and to the Maritime Human Life Safety Training Center of SOCAR's Training, Education and Certification Department.

"This initiative serves to strengthen the strategic partnership between SOCAR and TPAO, and to expand the mutual exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of human capital," the statement said.
