Mikail Jabbarov: Aghdam Industrial Park is the second in Azerbaijan by number of residents

The Aghdam Industrial Park, managed by the Economic Zones Development Agency under the Ministry of Economy, ranks second in Azerbaijan in terms of the number of residents.

This was stated by the Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov during the familiarization of the members of the Coordination Headquarters for centralized resolution of issues in the liberated territories with the conditions created for entrepreneurs in the industrial park.

"Currently, 31 enterprises are registered in the park, of which 27 are residents and 4 are non-residents. Companies represented here include wallpaper manufacturer Mister Decor, manufacturer of communication and signaling equipment, as well as microprocessor centralization systems Rail Trans Service, Eel Electric company, which produces medium and low voltage installations, monolithic concrete substations and charging devices for electric vehicles, as well as manufacturer of protective footwear and polyurethane boots BAFCO Invest," noted the minister.

Recall that the Aghdam Industrial Park was established by Presidential Decree on May 28, 2021, and occupies an area of 190 hectares.
