Business real estate in Baku is becoming more expensive: where is the peak of price growth observed?

Average prices for non-residential premises in all districts of Baku in June 2025 increased significantly compared to the same period in 2024.
This was reported to Report by the chairman of the Public Association "Society of Appraisers of Azerbaijan" Vugar Oruj.
According to him, the sharpest price increase was recorded for non-residential premises in the Narimanov district of the capital. Here, the average price per square meter of non-residential space increased by 20%, to 5,525 manats.
In addition, the average price in the Yasamal district of Baku increased by 19% and amounted to 7,992 manats, in the Nasimi district - by 19% to 5,056 manats, in the Sabail district - by 16% to 8,012 manats, in the Nizami district - by 14% to 4,042 manats, in the Sabunchi district - by 12% to 4,552 manats, in the Khatai district - by 11% to 6,002 manats, in the Khazar district - by 11% to 2,223 manats, in the Binagadi district - by 10% to 3,512 manats, in the Surakhani district - by 8% to 3,002 manats, in the Garadagh district - by 6.5% to 2,002 manats, and in the Pirallahi district - by 5% and amounted to 1,980 manats.
