Important warning from the Ministry of Internal Affairs - your bank card is in danger

Sharing bank card data with unknown individuals creates a risk of theft.
This was reported to BAKU.WS by the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA).
The Ministry appeals to citizens to be careful due to the increasing cases of theft related to obtaining bank card data:
"As a result of investigations on appeals received on June 5, it was established that funds were illegally withdrawn from the bank accounts of several individuals.
Among the stolen amounts, figures such as 2200, 1950, 1050, 940, 580, 300, 252, 226, 202, 200, 200, 128, 101, and 65 manats were recorded.
Such crimes are usually committed through calls and SMS from unknown numbers, as well as through fake websites and platforms. Under no circumstances should you share personal bank card data, especially the card number, PIN code, CVV code, and one-time confirmation (OTP) passwords with other individuals, including those who present themselves as employees of banks or government institutions."
