US Claims 90% of Issues Between Russia and Ukraine Have Been Agreed Upon

Following the latest negotiations in Berlin, 90% of the disputed issues between Russia and Ukraine have been resolved. The main focus during the discussions was on security guarantees.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by SkyNews, citing an official U.S. representative.

According to him, there is a possibility of providing Ukraine with guarantees similar to those in Article 5 of the NATO Charter, according to which an attack on one member of the alliance is considered an attack on all. The American side also reported progress in resolving disputed territorial issues.

In addition, according to the source, Russia is ready to consider the possibility of Ukraine joining the European Union and, in the opinion of the United States, will accept the guarantees included in the peace treaty plan.
