Trump ordered the movement of two nuclear submarines "to the appropriate regions"

US President Donald Trump announced a decision to send two nuclear submarines (SSNs) to Russia's borders in response to publications by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev.

This was reported on the White House head's official account on Truth Social.

"In connection with the provocative statements by the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, I have ordered the deployment of two SSNs in the appropriate areas. This is a precautionary measure in case these foolish statements turn out to be something more," Trump wrote.
