Special envoys of the US President have arrived in Moscow

A business jet, which may be carrying U.S. President's special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, has arrived in Moscow.

This was reported to Interfax by aviation services.

"The plane has landed at Vnukovo airport," an agency source said.

Earlier, the Axios portal, citing informed sources, reported that U.S. special envoys S. Witkoff and J. Kushner are planning to visit Moscow and Kyiv over the upcoming weekend to discuss ways to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.

U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed that he is sending his representatives for negotiations on a Ukrainian settlement, noting that Washington has a new approach to a possible peace agreement.

The previous visit by Witkoff and Kushner to Moscow took place in January, when they held a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
