Popular Irish TV presenter and model Maura Higgins revealed the secret of her slim figure with just one phrase, publishing a candid story on Instagram.
According to BAKU.WS with reference to the celebrity's Instagram page, the 35-year-old model answered subscribers' questions about how she managed to achieve defined abs. According to Higgins, regular Pilates and yoga play a key role in her lifestyle.
The star also emphasized that she does not follow strict dietary restrictions.
"Most of the time I eat healthy, but I never restrict myself from my favorite dishes, such as pasta or pizza. I've heard that abs are made in the kitchen, but I spend most of my time in the refrigerator," joked Maura.
