Pavel Durov showed how he swims in a lake in Kazakhstan where swimming is prohibited

Telegram founder Pavel Durov swam in a lake located in the territory of the "Kolsai Lakes" national reserve in Kazakhstan, although swimming there is prohibited.
The entrepreneur posted a video of his recreation in the stories of his Telegram channel and called the swim "good".
The footage shows snow-covered mountains, and ethnic music plays in the background. The park administration noted that swimming in the lake is an administrative offense punishable by a fine.
They added that park employees regularly conduct horseback patrols of the middle lake, but they cannot be present at the location constantly, so they might have missed the violation.
