Panic over Nostradamus: humanity predicted to face war at the end of 2025

As 2025 comes to an end, anxiety intensifies around the world due to the grim predictions of French seer Nostradamus.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Mirror, some of his quatrains are interpreted as warnings about events that could threaten the very existence of humanity. Among them are war in England, a meteorite hitting Earth, and the outbreak of a new deadly pandemic.

According to interpretations, Nostradamus mentioned "the end of a prolonged war," which many associate with the conflict in Ukraine. However, this gives no reason for joy: it is assumed that the end of one confrontation will lead to the beginning of another, even more destructive one, which will unfold on the territory of Great Britain.

"Then the inhabitants of European lands will see how England loses its throne. Fierce wars will break out on its borders. The kingdom will be plunged into merciless battles... The great plague of the past will return, and under the heavens there will be no deadlier enemy," the publication quotes the text of the prophecy.

But that's not the limit. In addition to war and epidemic, Nostradamus is also credited with predicting the fall of an asteroid capable of destroying life on the planet.

"A fireball will rise from the depths of space, foretelling fate, the world will beg for mercy," says one of the quatrains.

However, not everyone takes such interpretations literally. Mirror quotes the words of medium Joan Jones, who advises to remain calm.

"We need to remember that Nostradamus wrote in mysterious and figurative wording... Throughout the centuries, many of his prophecies were retrofitted to match the fears of a particular era after events had occurred. This means that current anxiety reflects our collective fears rather than foretelling real events," she emphasized.
