The father of American billionaire and entrepreneur Elon Musk, Errol, in an interview with RIA Novosti announced his intention to engage in research in the field of longevity, given the growing public interest in life extension.

"Today, people are willing to invest huge amounts in longevity, not in gravity. I said: we can implement this," Musk noted.

He expressed hope that such research would increase human life expectancy to 120 years. Errol recalled that before 1914, the average life expectancy of European women was 39 years, whereas today it is already 87 years.

At the same time, the businessman has not abandoned the idea of creating a Gravity Institute, which, in his opinion, will help advance the study of this field and bring humanity closer to the possibility of time and space travel. According to him, opening the institute will require about $100 million.
