In the Kamchatka Oncology Center, surgeons operated on a patient during a powerful earthquake. This was reported by the regional Minister of Health, Oleg Melnikov.

The published footage shows tremors occurring during the operation, but despite this, the doctors try to hold the operating table and equipment steady.

"The doctors remained calm and stayed with the patient until the end," Melnikov wrote on his Telegram channel.
