The text of the memorandum of understanding between Iran and the US has been agreed upon on key points.
As reported by Press TV, this was stated by the spokesperson for the Islamic Republic's Foreign Ministry, Esmaeil Baghaei.
According to him, the main sections of the potential agreement aimed at ending the conflict are ready, "despite repeated acts of military aggression aimed at disrupting the diplomatic process."
