In Kazakhstan, one of the board members of the Artificial Intelligence Fund is an artificial intelligence.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, this was stated by the First Deputy Chairman of the State Technical Service of Kazakhstan and Head of the National Coordination Center for Information Security Ulykbek Shambulov during panel discussions at the IV National Cybersecurity Forum in Baku.
According to him, the President of Kazakhstan has set the goal of transforming the country into a fully digital state within three years. He noted that following a referendum, a new Constitution was adopted in the country, which includes a separate article on the protection of personal data, granting this issue constitutional status.
Shambulov also reported that a separate ministry responsible for the development of artificial intelligence has been established in Kazakhstan, and that a sovereign fund is in operation, which includes the largest national companies, including KazMunayGas and Kazakhtelecom. According to him, one of the members of the board of directors of this fund is an artificial intelligence.
In addition, he spoke about the steps being taken in the educational sphere, noting that the study of artificial intelligence technologies is being gradually integrated into the school curriculum.
